Uncomfortable! After shoulder surgery I was supposed to sleep in it, well no way! I'm glad I kept our old recliner!!!!
Looks good, seems sturdy, but hurts my knees if I sit too long! I even use a bunch of pillows, it has no give and footrest is too low when reclined!!!

Comments about Plus Size Living BrylaneHome Queen Anne Style Tufted Wingback Recliner:

Easy to put together. Firm seat which is great for anyone with neck or back issues. I can no longer sit in very cushy chairs as it bothers my neck. This chair doesn't do that.

It was supposed to be my primary chair. I had to pay to have it assembled, the plastic screws broke within a couple of weeks. I called twice for a return slip but never recieved one. Today the bottom fell in. So disappointing, but I should have known when I saw it was made in China.

Bought this chair about a year ago. It was broken in less than 6 months. My niece was sitting on it trying to get it to recline. The legs are buckled and the back twisted. The chair leans to the side and is being replaced. This is not a good purchase.

Have NEVER returned anything to Bryland.

          Best Uses

Comments about Plus Size Living BrylaneHome Queen Anne Style Tufted Wingback Recliner:

Chair broke 2nd time I sat in it. Seems very flimsy and doesn't feel as "big" as it was described. Doesn't seem to be all that "Plus Sized". I have never had to return anything to Brylane and didn't think I would want to return this, so all I have is a mangled box which cannot be used to return. Brylane: how do you respond to all of these negative comments?

Comments about Plus Size Living BrylaneHome Queen Anne Style Tufted Wingback Recliner:

This product was not even remotely close to what it appeared to be in the catalog. The chairs were wobbly, flimsy and in reclining position no head support. I am waiting over a month for the return labels which I was told were sent on 3 separate occasions. I would not recommend this product. They are small, unsturdy and look like they were made for kids not adults.
